Great Pocket Door Kits from Henderson

Over the years many manufacturers have been developing inginous ways to maximise usable space in limited surroundings. One such manufacturer is Henderson, who are renowned throughout the world for their high quality and innovative products.

Their first class sliding door gears, among other products, includes a range of pocket door kits that are the ideal solution to modern life.  Based on their most popular range of domestic kits, the sliding pocket door system is a great solution when it comes to saving space.

Unlike conventional internal swing doors, pocket door systems slide effortlessly into a specially created cavity in the adjoining wall, meaning they don’t need to swing open on hinges.  As a result, the space either side of the wall – space which would originally have been redundant – can be safely used.  Plus, when the door isn’t in use, it’s possible to completely conceal it within the wall cavity, allowing for a lighter environment and a more open plan feel.

Each pocket door kit comes complete with brackets, wood lined metal cavity wall uprights, the Husky 100 sliding system and pre-assembled track and header, as well as all necessary fixings, making it ideal for speedy, problem-free construction and installation.

Thanks to this, this type of door kit is suitable for use in a wide variety of commercial and domestic buildings, including as en-suite doors in hotel rooms, as toilet and bathroom doors and as room dividers, along with myriad other uses.  Whether a single or double door is required, and no matter what the intended material is for the door, the sliding door kit is a great choice for any modern building.

Doorfit supply pocket door kits throughout the UK, as well as offering systems for other domestic, commercial or industrial applications. So whether you have a sliding door in Solihull or a folding door in Sutton Coldfield, Doorfit and their experienced staff can give you the correct advice.

Quality Garage Doors from Woodrite

Since 2010 Woodrite have become leading manufacturers and renowned for their beautifully crafted timber garage doors. They have recently introduced two new ranges, the Balmoral and Warwick.

Although the company itself is relatively new, the owner has over 30 years in the industry and his dedication to quality and attention to detail is evident in the beautifully crafted garage doors that his company produces.

The new Balmoral and Warwick ranges are no exception. Both these ranges are part of the outstanding Coach House Collection and showcase the exceptional joinery skills of the Woodrite team.

The Balmoral range is handcrafted from quality Cedar, to give an enduring appeal in 24 designs, including up and over doors, traditional side hinged doors, and matching personnel doors. The Warwick range offers both panel-built and solid-built door options in Idigbo. The range again includes up and over, side hinged and personnel doors. All of the Warwick range doors are fully finished as standard in a choice of 3 oak finishes with matching timber frames also available.

These standard or made to measure sized doors are now available from Doorfit and we offer a comprehensive installation service, that complements the exquisite craftsmanship, and the resulting strength and integrity of the doors with superior installation services to prolong the life, function and appearance.

The solid construction with wide, deep timber rails eliminates the need for steel sub frames, for a more traditionally neat finish.

The solid panels are made on the specialist automated router, which, despite being a huge, heavy piece of machinery, is capable of producing incredibly detailed, fine work and clean profiles. Not only that, but Woodrite ensure the longevity of all their doors by individually dipping each panel in preservative, to ensure it effectively penetrates right to the edges and provides complete protection.

If you require more information regarding Woodrite Garage doors our experienced staff will be more than happy to advise you as to which garage door will best suit your needs and budget.
